希臘財政部長瓦魯費克斯(Yanis Varoufakis)今天(2日)表示，如果週末的公民投票出現了贊成接受國際紓困方案的結果，希臘左派政府將會辭職下台。
瓦魯費克斯接受澳洲廣播公司(ABC)訪問，記者提問，如果希臘選民支持國際債權人提出的紓困方案，左派政府是否辭職、將政權交給看守團隊；瓦魯費克斯答覆說，政府會這麼做，不論未來是由誰接替，他們都將秉持合作精神這麼做。
經過5個月的協商，希臘總理齊普拉斯(Alexis Tsipras)領導的左派政府拒絕接受國際債權人提出的紓困條件，將紓困方案交付7月5日公投，並呼籲選民投下反對票。
